The breastfeeding class helps to educate mothers with information on how to successfully breastfeed their baby. Proper latch, positions for effective nursing, recognizing issues, addressing concerns, properly storing breast milk, pumping, returning to work, where to find resources, and much more will be discussed in this in-depth class. Each mother will receive detailed handouts and resources to help provide them with confidence as they prepare for their breastfeeding relationship with their soon to be baby. Cost is $50 per couple virtually via Zoom…..$75 per couple in person at a physical space.
The Baby Care Class is a separate class that helps soon to be parents how to soothe, bathe, and change their baby effectively while creating a safe and calm environment for your baby to thrive. This is a hands on and highly interactive class that helps new parents build confidence in themselves to better support each other and their baby. Cost is $50 per couple virtually via Zoom…….in person at METTA BABY for $75.
